A well-established industrial refrigeration and HVAC manufacturer (since 1984) with 10 registered patents, known for customised industrial chillers, (-)82C deep freezers and energy-efficient HVAC solutions used by OEMs and industrial customers.

With manufacturing facilities in South and Western India and expansion planned into North and East India, the company is on a strong growth path.

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end production operations for customised industrial chillers, ensuring timely manufacturing, quality compliance and on-time delivery while optimising cost, productivity and resource utilisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and monitor production activities to deliver chillers on time within quality, cost and productivity targets
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations and SOPs across shop floor operations, assembly and testing
• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Quality and Service teams for smooth execution of production schedules and customer commitments
• Optimise manpower, machine utilisation and inventory to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and root cause analysis
• Mentor and develop the production team through training and performance reviews
• Track KPIs production output, on-time delivery, quality, productivity and cost and implement corrective actions

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in chiller production
• Diploma in RAC / Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Graduate, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership, planning and team management skills
• Ability to solve problems, coordinate across functions and drive continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati
