We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Recruiter and Team Lead who will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles. Job Title -- Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruiter) And Team Lead Recruiter Location -- Sector 62, Noida  Job Type -- Permanent   Salary Range -- Rs. 16-35K Per Month Monday to Friday work from office, Saturday work from home Job Description:  Should have Minimum 2+ Years experience in Domestic Recruitment.  Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various BPO positions  Able to work in IT, Pharma and Manufacturing Domain Also.  Manage end-to-end recruitment process, Able to handle complete Cycle form Sourcing the Candidate to Onboard Them.  Use job portals and social media to find suitable candidates.  Should have experience with Portal Naukri, Shine, Monster, Apna Hire Etc.  Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers  Maintain recruitment records and report progress regularly  Work independently to meet hiring targets  Excellent command over English (BOTH spoken and written) For Team Lead - Above all the skills and having experience of Leading team of Minimum 3-4 Recruiter  Salary: For Recruiter (2+ Years Exp.)-- 18-24K Per Month + Incentives for Team Lead (4+ Years Exp.) 20-35K Per Month + Incentives If You are interested, Please share your resume with Sameer@rknjobs.com or What's App your resume at 8368751124
