About the Internship:

We are hiring Talent Acquisition Interns for one of our reputed banking clients in Kochi. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and prepare reports
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives

Who Can Apply:

• MBA students or recent graduates (preferably with HR specialization)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
• Willingness to work from the office in Kochi
