Talent Acquisition - Executive (HR)

As an HR Executive - Recruiter, your role will involve achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates. You will be responsible for building applicant sources through research and contact with various channels like colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites. Your tasks will include providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits to potential candidates, making presentations, and maintaining rapport. Key Responsibilities: - Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications. - Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and utilizing various job portals and social platforms. - Evaluate applicants by analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. - Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules and escorting applicants to interviews. - Discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and conduct interviews based on a consistent set of qualifications. - Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices. - Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed. - Organize Employee Engagement activities. Qualifications Required: - Education: Master's degree preferred. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting. - Language: Proficiency in English is required.
