Talent Acquisition Executive (Freshers)

As a Recruitment Executive at this company, your role will involve conducting end to end lateral and volume non-IT recruitments for MNC clients. This includes utilizing different web portals, market mapping, head-hunting, competence mapping, and various other modes to identify and attract top talent. You will undergo an initial 6 months training period with recognized leaders in the HR recruitment domain to enhance your skills and knowledge.
