TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Draft and update job descriptions as per needs.
Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per JD.
Conduct initial interviews to assess suitability and interest.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle in coordination with hiring managers.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to build a positive work culture.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate’s suitability and interest in the position.
Implement retention strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee experience.
