About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment within B2B, B2C, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing industries. She will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s manpower needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a robust candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill manpower requirements within deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in B2B, B2C, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
