Lead end-to-end lateral hiring for MNC BPO/KPO/GCC setups
Mentor and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring SLAs
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to forecast and fulfill talent needs
Drive sourcing strategy optimization and maintain healthy pipelines
Track recruitment metrics, dashboards, and ensure compliance
Ideal Profile
7+ years of experience in non-IT lateral recruitment
Proven success in stakeholder engagement and team leadership
Proficient in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors) and hiring analytics
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
