We are looking for a skilled Talend Developer to design, deliver, and support technical training programs for our teams. If you have expertise in Open Studio and SQL, love mentoring, and enjoy creating hands-on learning experiences, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Conduct technical training sessions on Open Studio & SQL for freshers and experienced team members
✨ Design and update training materials, labs, and projects
✨ Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and create customized learning roadmaps
✨ Provide one-on-one mentoring and assess participant performance
✨ Maintain training documentation and track progress in LMS/HRMS
✨ Stay updated with the latest features, best practices, and industry trends
Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
✔ 2–3 years hands-on experience with Open Studio (Talend or other ETL tools)
✔ Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, optimization, stored procedures)
✔ Experience in designing and delivering technical training
✔ Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills
