Position: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
Location: South Extension Part 1, New Delhi
Industry: Jewellery – Silver, Gold, Diamond
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8 PM (6 Days Working)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Call potential and existing customers to inform them about ongoing offers, new collections, and festive promotions.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products, prices, and services.
• Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Assist the sales team with lead generation, appointment booking, and post-sales follow-up.
• Promote silver coins, silver jewellery, and Rakhi offers during festive seasons.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery.
• Polite, persuasive, and good listener.
• Confidence in handling objections and building rapport with customers.
• Working knowledge of WhatsApp, basic Excel, and customer data entry.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience in retail/jewellery will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
