Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously. Call potential and existing customers to inform them about ongoing offers, new collections, and festive promotions. Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products, prices, and services. Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system. Assist the sales team with lead generation, appointment booking, and post-sales follow-up. Promote silver coins, silver jewellery, and Rakhi offers during festive seasons. Skills & Qualifications: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic knowledge of jewellery. Polite, persuasive, and good listener. Confidence in handling objections and building rapport with customers. Working knowledge of WhatsApp, basic Excel, and customer data entry. Prior telecalling or customer service experience in retail/jewellery will be an added advantage.
