We are now expanding our in-house creative team and looking for a highly experienced designer who can bring innovation, expertise, and finesse to our projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer with hands-on expertise in western wear, draping, and couture dressmaking. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, cutting, stitching, and finishing complete designer garments from scratch. This is a creative yet highly technical role for someone who can independently manage design projects from idea to final garment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create western outfits, couture dresses, and draped garments with originality and high precision.
• Handle the end-to-end garment process: fabric selection, pattern-making, draping, cutting, stitching, fitting, and finishing.
• Innovate in styles, cuts, and silhouettes aligned with modern fashion trends.
• Supervise samples, ensure perfect fit and quality control for every piece.
• Collaborate with the creative team and contribute to workshops, fashion shoots, and training content.
• Manage timelines and deliver designs within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in fashion design and dressmaking.
• Strong expertise in western wear, gowns, couture dresses, and draping techniques.
• Proven ability to stitch designer dresses independently from scratch (not just sketching or pattern-making).
• Advanced knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, finishing, and embellishments.
• Creative flair with a strong portfolio of past work.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior designers or assistants if required.
• Good communication skills and basic English proficiency (preferred).

Education

• Minimum 12th pass; professional diploma/degree in fashion design is preferred but not mandatory if skill & portfolio are exceptional.
