About Us

Tailor / Pattern Cutter

Responsibilities

Cutting, stitching, and finishing ethnic womenswear and kidswear garments with precision.
Creating and modifying
patterns
for various designs (kurta sets, lehengas, dresses, tunics, shararas, etc.).
Working with designers to bring sketches and concepts to life.
Ensuring proper fitting, draping, and final finishing of garments.
Handling delicate fabrics (silk, cotton, linen, organza, handloom, etc.)
Supervising junior tailors (if applicable)

Requirements

Proven experience in
ethnic womenswear & kidswear tailoring
.
Strong knowledge of
pattern cutting, stitching techniques, and garment construction
.
Ability to handle both
custom orders
and
bulk production
.
Keen attention to detail with high finishing standards.
Reliable, disciplined, and able to meet timelines.
