Job Title: Experienced Tailor/Pattern Cutter - Ethnic Womenswear & Kidswear Location: Mohali Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (as per discussion) Experience Required: 2+ years in ethnic womenswear & kidswear tailoring About Us We are a growing fashion brand dedicated to creating high-quality, timeless ethnic womenswear and kidswear. Our focus is on handcrafted details, premium fabrics, and modern yet traditional silhouettes. To support our expanding collection, we are looking for an experienced Tailor / Pattern Cutter with a keen eye for detail and strong expertise in ethnic garments. Responsibilities Cutting, stitching, and finishing ethnic womenswear and kidswear garments with precision. Creating and modifying patterns for various designs (kurta sets, lehengas, dresses, tunics, shararas, etc.). Working with designers to bring sketches and concepts to life. Ensuring proper fitting, draping, and final finishing of garments. Handling delicate fabrics (silk, cotton, linen, organza, handloom, etc.) Supervising junior tailors (if applicable) Requirements Proven experience in ethnic womenswear & kidswear tailoring . Strong knowledge of pattern cutting, stitching techniques, and garment construction . Ability to handle both custom orders and bulk production .
