Operate industrial and manual stitching machines to assemble toy components accurately. Follow toy design patterns and ensure quality and consistency in stitching. Collaborate with the design and production team to meet daily production targets. Inspect completed products for defects and make necessary adjustments. Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of tools and sewing machines. ✅ Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in cutting and stitching, preferably in soft toy or garment manufacturing. Ability to read patterns, measurements, and fabric types. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Experience with different types of stitching (e.g., flatlock, overlock).
