Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Leader / Business Development Executive, based in Noida with some work from home acceptable. The role involves overseeing new business development activities, leading lead generation efforts, managing accounts, and executing effective communication strategies. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and implementing business strategies to meet sales targets and enhance the company's market position.

• Experience in the mental health or education industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
