Role Overview: As a Tableau Developer with over 5 years of experience, you are sought to become a valuable member of our Core Analytics team. Your primary responsibility will involve working on significant BI projects utilizing Tableau and associated tools. Your expertise should include a deep understanding of Tableau Desktop and Server, encompassing add-ons like Data and Server Management. You will be expected to translate business requirements into actionable insights, creating wireframes, and finalizing KPIs, calculations, and designs. Your role will also involve active participation in design discussions to implement dashboard and report best practices. It will be essential to develop scalable BI and Analytics products based on feedback, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into actionable insights using Tableau and associated tools - Create wireframes and finalize KPIs, calculations, and designs - Participate in design discussions to implement dashboard and report best practices - Develop scalable BI and Analytics products based on feedback - Propose multiple solutions for a given problem by leveraging the functionality of the tools - Optimize data sources and dashboards while meeting business requirements - Collaborate with product, platform, and program teams for timely delivery of dashboards and reports - Provide suggestions and receive feedback to deliver future-ready dashboards - Peer-review team members" dashboards and offer constructive feedback - Mentor less experienced team members to contribute to team growth and development - Proficiency in SQL, UI/UX practices, and alation required Qualifications Required: - Over 5 years of experience as a Tableau Developer - Deep understanding of Tableau Desktop and Server, including add-ons like Data and Server Management - Proficiency in SQL, UI/UX practices, and alation - Solid understanding of creating effective data models for reporting purposes - Experience in translating business requirements into actionable insights - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for dashboard and report delivery,
