Tableau Administrator

Role & responsibilities

This role supports incident and problem management by handling complex issues, performing root cause analysis, coordinating prevention plans, and managing escalations as needed.

• Participate in

  incident and problem management processes

Job Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience in application support

  .

• Bachelor's degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or related field

  and 3+ years working in IT or operations

  .

Technical Skills

• Power BI or Tableau expertise

  :
• Minimum

  2 years in one platform

  and

  1 year in the other

  (e.g., 2+ years Power BI & 1+ year Tableau or vice versa).

• Power BI Desktop

  and

  DAX queries

  proficiency.
• Ability to

  develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports

  .

• Tableau Platform Administration

  and

  Tableau Creator expertise

  .

• Windows Server experience

  .

• Azure PaaS expertise

  .

Additional Skills

• SME-level familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps suite

  .
• Competence with

  Microsoft Office tools

  (Teams, Visio, etc.).
• Competence with

  Microsoft Copilot products

  .

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
