Role Overview As a Customer Service Executive , you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering world-class service and support. Your mission is to provide timely, empathetic assistance and ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Whether answering a query, resolving an issue, or guiding a customer to the right department, you will play a key role in upholding the organization’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding service to customers through various channels (phone, email, chat). Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, aiming for First Contact Resolution (FCR) whenever possible. Demonstrate ownership by thoroughly researching and following up on customer issues. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Uphold and enhance customer satisfaction levels ( CSAT ) by showing empathy, patience, and professionalism. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, high-volume environment. What We’re Looking For Exceptional verbal and written communication skills . Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is a strong advantage. High levels of empathy, patience , and active listening when dealing with customers. Strong understanding of CSAT and FCR metrics. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment . Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize . A positive attitude and eagerness to learn — freshers with strong communication skills are welcome!
