T6 Heat Treatment Supervisor

You will be responsible for the following tasks in your role as a T6 Heat Treatment Supervisor: - Supervising and managing daily T6 heat treatment operations. - Ensuring adherence to process specifications and quality standards. - Monitoring equipment performance and coordinating preventive maintenance. - Optimizing process parameters for improved efficiency and product quality. - Leading and guiding the heat treatment team to follow best practices. - Maintaining accurate documentation and records. - Collaborating with QA, Production, and Engineering teams for process improvements. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4 to 6 years of experience in heat treatment, preferably in the T6 process. - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy or a related field.
