Systems Engineer

As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include: Application Deployment: - Deploying client-facing applications across different environments (development, staging, production). - Ensuring seamless integration and functionality of applications post-deployment. Support and Maintenance: - Providing technical support for client-facing applications, addressing and resolving issues promptly. - Monitoring application performance and implementing necessary updates and patches. - Collaborating with the development team to troubleshoot and debug application issues. Client Interaction: - Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions. - Working closely with clients to complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Documentation: - Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for application deployment and support processes. - Documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions for common issues. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in deploying and supporting client-facing applications. - Familiarity with Azure Platform. Technical Skills: - 3-4 years of experience as a Systems Engineer. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript. - Knowledge of web technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js). - Willingness to work from the office and in shifts. Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with querying Microsoft SQL database and understanding of relational databases. - Familiarity with healthcare terminology and HL7 standard. - Knowledge of security best practices for application deployment.
