Job Description

Summary:

We are building Chatbot for teammate assistance with CSTS, TNT & Venmo issues for basic trouble shooting and assisting to help raise quality tickets, so we need data analytical skills to help build the requirement.

Responsibilities:

We have 2000 tickets/months, and teams need to pull the data and get insights on what kind of issues.
Work on tickets and gather insights
Provide insights into the PD team
Need to collaborate with the team on daily basis.
They will be part of CSTS/TNT getting insights into the top contact driving issues
Create dashboard for visualization.
Feedback loop to PD on top contact drivers.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience
B.E and above
Knowledge only and no work experience
Hands on analytical work
Tabula/Statistics

Must have Skills:

SQL
Tabula
Statistics
