System Testing Engineer

CENTUM T&S, headquartered in France, is a business unit of Centum Electronics Group (Around 1000Cr turnover organization) offering a wide range of electronic and embedded systems design engineering services to international customers to help them realize complex products and sub systems. It includes design, development, qualification, value engineering, testbench design & manufacturing and many more services. Centum T&S has established its India operations in North Bengaluru, known as Centum T&S Pvt Ltd (CTS), formerly known as Centum ADENEO India Pvt Ltd. You will be responsible for the delivery of the items assigned to you with quality and should interact with cross functional team and resolve the problem. Who You Are

System/Subsystem/Software Testing: Perform comprehensive testing of systems, subsystems, both software and hardware with a focus on the healthcare domain, leveraging over 5 years of experience in the field.

Test Case and Script Management: Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts for functional and regression testing, ensuring thorough coverage and reliability of test scenarios.

Perform manual testing on embedded devices as per requirements using various electronic test and measurement equipment like oscilloscopes, function generators, DMMs etc.

Electronics Hardware and Communication Protocols: Work with electronics hardware and possess a strong understanding of communication protocols relevant to medical equipment.

Medical Equipment Testing: Utilize healthcare domain knowledge to conduct rigorous testing of medical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that software meets user requirements and is delivered within the stipulated timeline.

Defect Management: Manage the entire defect lifecycle, including raising new defects, performing defect analysis, and following up to ensure timely closure.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Minimum 5+ years of experience working in the system/subsystem/software testing field in healthcare domain.

Create and maintain test cases and test scripts for functional, regression testing.

Experience in working with Electronics hardware and understanding on communication protocols.

Healthcare domain knowledge with the experience of working on medical equipments testing.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure software meets user requirements and is delivered on time.

Responsible for Defect management which includes raising new defects, defect analysis and follow up to the closure of the defect.

Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, review, and retrospective.

Understand business goals and specifications thoroughly.

Good communication and interaction skills

Previous experience from company in MedTech or similar industry.

Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interaction skills, facilitating clear and effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Industry Experience: Leverage previous experience in MedTech or a similar industry to bring valuable insights and best practices to the testing process.
