Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the definition and formalization of
Level 0 propulsion system requirements
, ensuring completeness, consistency, and traceability.
Develop high-level functional requirement artifacts using
IBM DOORS Next Gen (DNG)
and
PLM ENOVIA
, applying correct attribute classifications and taxonomy.
Contribute to early-phase
target definition and alignment
with vehicle-level requirements, customer expectations, and regulatory constraints.
Drive
continuous monitoring and maturation
of requirements across architecture design, simulation, and testing activities.
Guarantee alignment of system requirements with downstream component, function and software specifications.
Support
design reviews
,
verification planning
, and
requirement sign-offs
in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ensure integration of
simulation and physical test results
into the requirements validation process, providing support for
root cause analysis
when test or simulation outcomes deviate from requirements.
Conduct
impact analysis and change management
in response to design changes or validation findings.

Software & Tools:

Expert-level knowledge of
IBM DOORS Next Gen (DNG) a
nd
PLM systems (e.g.: ENOVIA)
.
Proficient in
MS Office Suite
: Word and PowerPoint (for technical reporting and presentations), Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, graphs, and query analysis).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, internal PLM/ALM systems) and Agile/Waterfalls project management.
