Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of experience in embedded systems engineering, specifically within the automotive domain. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ASPICE SYS.1 – SYS.3, ASPICE L2, and automotive development processes. Expertise in CAN communication protocols and Diagnostic UDS protocols for vehicle diagnostics. In-depth knowledge of Functional Safety (FuSa) and experience with ISO 26262 implementation in automotive systems. Experience in implementing Cyber Security measures within embedded automotive systems, including knowledge of standards such as ISO/SAE 21434. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of embedded systems design, system architecture, and software-hardware interaction in automotive applications. Experience with system-level testing and validation methodologies, including functional and non-functional testing. Proficiency in automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay) and diagnostic protocols (UDS, KWP). Knowledge of development tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Vector CANoe, and other automotive-related diagnostic tools. Familiarity with programming languages like C, C++, and scripting languages for system integration and testing. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex system-level designs. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills. Clear and effective communication skills for presenting technical concepts to both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications related to ASPICE, ISO 26262, or Cyber Security (ISO/SAE 21434, IEC 62443).
