System & Network Support Executive

You are seeking a System & Network Support Executive with 12 years of experience in system hardware troubleshooting and basic networking to join the IT team. The perfect candidate will be proficient in managing daily system issues, network configurations, and hardware maintenance. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware problems for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. You will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software. Additionally, you will perform LAN/WAN troubleshooting, basic network support, monitor system performance, and ensure network availability. It will be your duty to keep track of hardware/software inventory, prepare maintenance reports, resolve user queries, and provide technical support both remotely and on-site. You will need to liaise with vendors for hardware replacements or warranty claims, set up new systems, and ensure proper functionality before deployment. In order to be considered for this role, you must possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with 12 years of hands-on experience in system hardware troubleshooting and network support. You should have a good understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, basic firewall settings, and antivirus solutions. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and under pressure are essential. Preferred certifications for this position include CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA (basic level), and MCP/MCSA.
