Job Summary:

System Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Design & Development

• Design and implement integration solutions using APIs, middleware, web services (REST/SOAP), and ETL tools.
  
• Develop custom scripts or connectors to bridge gaps between systems such as ERP, CRM, cloud services, and proprietary software.
  

System Analysis & Architecture

• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to recommend appropriate integration approaches.
  
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure system compatibility and scalability.
  

Implementation & Support

• Deploy and configure integration tools/platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, IBM App Connect).
  
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide root cause analysis to resolve data or connectivity problems.
  
• Monitor and maintain integrations to ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity.
  

Project Collaboration

• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to deliver integration projects on time.
  
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and review sessions.
  

Documentation & Compliance

• Document integration processes, configurations, technical diagrams, and user guides.
  
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or financial platforms
  
• Knowledge of message brokers and queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS)
  
• DevOps knowledge and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  
• Certification in integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer)
