Our organization is seeking a System engineer to assist with our continued growth in the hosting industry. Our global organization of 55+ remote staff currently services 20,000+ live clients across 50+ countries.

The requirements of the role are:

• You must have experience with the SolusVM Virtualisation platform.
• You must have some experience with Openstack.
• You must have an understanding of the hosting industry, virtualisation and dedicated servers.
• You must have experience with WHMCS and KVM
• You should have a firm understanding of both Linux and Windows
• You are able to quickly and efficiently handle hosting related issues and debugging.
• You must have a reliable high speed internet connection.
• Excellent written English

The core responsibilities of your role are:

• Inbound Level 2 Support (Live Chat and Tickets)
• VPS & Dedicated Server Support
• Handle Migrations/Transfers
• Help Level 1 Support team with their escalations

You must be an independent thinker and willing to take ownership of your role. We will provide the training and autonomy needed for you to thrive and grow with us.

This role is 100% remote with all communication conducted.
