The requirements of the role are: You must have experience with the SolusVM Virtualisation platform. You must have some experience with Openstack. You must have an understanding of the hosting industry, virtualisation and dedicated servers. You must have experience with WHMCS and KVM You should have a firm understanding of both Linux and Windows You are able to quickly and efficiently handle hosting related issues and debugging. You must have a reliable high speed internet connection. Excellent written English The core responsibilities of your role are: Inbound Level 2 Support (Live Chat and Tickets) VPS & Dedicated Server Support Handle Migrations/Transfers Help Level 1 Support team with their escalations You must be an independent thinker and willing to take ownership of your role.
