Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain wireless system architectures (4G/5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, etc.).
Manage
major role switching
in wireless systems with a focus on high reliability and minimal disruption.
Perform system-level testing, validation, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple layers of wireless communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, and network engineers) to ensure seamless integration.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements.
Document system configurations, changes, and technical procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelors/Masters in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
8+ years of experience
in wireless systems engineering.
Hands-on experience with
wireless switching technologies, RF concepts, and protocols
.
Strong knowledge of
network architecture (LTE/5G, GSM, WLAN, VoIP)
.
Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) or equivalent manufacturer certifications (Aruba, HPE, Juniper).
Proficiency in system design tools, network simulators, and troubleshooting tools.
Experience with
handover, roaming, and system upgrades with minimal downtime
.
