System Analyst - Full Stack

As a System Analyst, you will interact with clients to gather requirements and use appropriate methods to elicit and fully understand current requirements. You will collaborate with the technical lead to analyze business requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions. As a member of the design review team, you will actively contribute to enhancing the quality of application design. Your responsibilities will include writing code for the allocated modules according to the specifications/requirements under the guidance of the reporting authority and following the best practices of coding. It is essential to maintain the quality standards of coding as per the established organizational quality standards or client-provided coding standards. You will be expected to complete the allocated tasks within the estimated time and effort schedules and collaborate by participating in peer code reviews, providing comments, and suggestions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining version control, configuration, and defect management activities of all code developed. Creating project documentation as defined in QMS and as required for the project is part of your role. You will contribute towards the creation and usage of Re-Usable Components under the guidance of the reporting authority. Following the established organizational quality and operational processes and being compliant with the same is crucial. Your input towards process improvements by suggesting ways to enhance the existing processes and procedures will be valued. Providing up-to-date and as-required status reporting to the Reporting Authority is another key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will provide necessary guidance to software engineers/sr. Software engineers in completing their assigned tasks. Sharing technical knowledge by conducting Workshops/Presentations/Knowledge Sharing Sessions will be encouraged. It is important to complete the personal/organizational goals set for the fiscal year. Skills Required: - 6+ years of experience in creating RESTful services with Node.js to create user-facing components & features using React.js. - Ability to build front-end libraries and reusable parts, as well as debug and troubleshoot any issues. - Capability to work both independently and in collaboration with other team members to design and build ideas effectively. - Proficiency as a Full Stack web developer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge and experience in ReactJS and NodeJs.,
