Job Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Job Description:
Ø Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
Ø Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Ø Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
Ø Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
Ø Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
Ø Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
Ø Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
Ø Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
Ø Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
Required Skill:
· Good interpersonal, communication and planning skills along with critical thinking
· Expected to perform duties with little supervision and will be self-directed in terms of time and workload management
· Innovative and keen on learning and implementing new practicesEligibility Criteria:
