Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support during night hours to ensure the gambling platform functions smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues related to PHP, JavaScript, Kubernetes, and AWS. - Escalating complex problems to technical specialists when necessary. - Maintaining a high level of service quality and reliability of the platform. - Offering ideas to improve existing processes or create new ones, both procedural and technological. Qualifications required for this role include: - Basic knowledge of Linux, Networking, DNS, HTTP, REST API, WebSockets, and Dev Tools. - Familiarity with JavaScript, PHP, Kubernetes, AWS, and Cloudflare is a plus. - Experience with monitoring services such as Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, and Sentry is advantageous. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with creativeness and honesty. - Good proficiency in English. Please note that the working hours for this role will begin around 22:00. During the onboarding period, which lasts approximately two weeks, working hours will be Monday to Friday, starting around 10:00.,
