Your Superpowers: 6+ years of experience in scripting languages for automation processes (Python, Perl, Powershell ) 4+ years of experience with Databases hand-on querying and updating data. (SQL) Experience working with 3rd party vendors (non-Microsoft), configuring apps, trouble-shooting issues, application support. Should have experience in creating and updating technical documentation. Nice to haves: Experience with connectivity issues (2way SSL, SSL, TLS, SAML) Experience with JSON, XML Clear and fluent in communication with active listening skills Team player with high work ethic and problem solving attitude
