-Support Single Sign-On using Active Directory Federation Services with Multi Factor Authentication.

Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell

- Hands on experience network, storage, database SQL server 2012,2016 ( Backup & Restore & Script knowledge), users applications.

- Perform various project related requests for users & Perform system configuration and latest patch management.

- Hands on experience VoIP technology (Polycom Vonage cloud app & VOIP Phones)

- Troubleshoot Windows servers systems with remote technology such as iDRAC (DELL & HP Servers) and RDP & Remote Tools(LogMeIn),Anydesk,Anyviewer.

- Knowledge on File servers (FTP) & Microsoft teams & Google Workspace setup( Outlook configuration setup & Email troubleshooting)

- Analyze, log, track, and resolve complex issues pertaining to Windows servers, and applications & using service ticketing tools.

- Hands on experience Administration of Backup technologies & (Dell Storage Server & Synology NAS Storage & Dropbox Cloud setup)

- Hands on experience Firewall(Sonicwall,Swtiches) & creating and administering IPsec VPN and SSL VPN ,Configuring/modifying rules & Load Balancing rules.

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral English communication skills.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, validation documents, Preparing SOP & Policies & Strong problem-solving skills

- Hands on experience trend micro antivirus, Desktop related issues & Hardware issues, Network Printers

- Identify & Troubleshoot computer software/hardware issues on the development environment and provide timely resolution of all IT issues.

Ensure all the computers in the network are up and functional, all the time & CCTV Console management & Backup.

- Microsoft Certified professional & MS Azure (MCP,MCSA,MCSE).

Preferred candidate profile

- 6 to 7 years working as System Administrator.

- 6+ years installing, Windows servers 2012,2019,2022 environments patching, upgrading, and maintaining & Monitoring.

- Provide Windows server administration within an Active Directory environment, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy management,HyperV.

- Hands on experience hardware and software, OS installations, as well as upgrades & OS performance tuning and advanced troubleshooting skills.

-Should have an extensive working knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform Windows Virtual Desktops (AVD)

-Must be able to provide complete administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities & Primary On-site support for Microsoft 365 issues.
