System Administrator

Windows Systems Administration:

○ Manage and maintain Windows Server and Windows OS environments.

○ Regular system updates, patches, and performance monitoring.

○ Should be able to make an Active Directory user for local users and groups.

○ Able to configure the desired and required group policy

Network Infrastructure:

○ Configure and manage LAN switches (managed and unmanaged).

○ Set up and configure firewalls for secure connectivity.

○ Diagnose and resolve network/internet outages and connectivity issues.

Thin Client Environment:

○ Set up, configure, and troubleshoot NComputing systems and thin clients.

Backup & Restore:

○ Implement and maintain regular backup schedules for Windows systems, Software data, and Email data, and User files.

○ Restore systems/data as required for both computer and mobile devices.

○ Ensure the instant backup and restore system.

Storage & File Management:

○ Configure and manage NAS (Network Attached Storage) systems.

○ Ensure data integrity and redundancy.

Peripheral Management:

○ Configure and troubleshoot printers and scanners across the network.

○ Maintain driver updates and device health.

Software Installation & Configuration:

○ Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office suite, Email clients (Thunderbird, MS Outlook), and Other business-critical software.

Reporting & Logs:

○ Maintain logs of system activities, backups, updates, and user access in a reportable format.

○ Ensure timely user log-off and system usage reports.

CCTV & Surveillance Systems:

○ Operate and troubleshoot CCTV systems.

○ Coordinate with vendors if advanced support is required.

Key Requirements:

● Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.

● Strong expertise in Windows Server and Windows OS.

● Hands-on experience with NComputing and thin client systems.

● Good knowledge of LAN switching, network configuration, and firewall setup.

● Experience with backup systems, including software and data backup on computers and mobile devices.

● Knowledge of NAS configuration and data handling.

● Competent in printer/scanner setup and troubleshooting.

● Familiarity with Microsoft Office installation and email configuration (Thunderbird, Outlook).

● Understanding of CCTV operations and basic troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

● Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, CompTIA Network+, CCNA Cisco certified Network associate or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

● BCA and BSC in hardware and networking.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
