Sales and Design Executive

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Interior Designer & Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in modular furniture. This role combines interior design expertise with sales acumen to deliver customized, functional, and aesthetically pleasing modular solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, confident in client interactions, and motivated by targets. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice on space planning, color schemes, materials, and furniture layouts. Create and present detailed interior design concepts and 2D/3D visualizations. Suggest suitable modular furniture products based on client requirements. Prepare accurate quotations and handle pricing negotiations when necessary. Convert design consultations into sales by building strong client relationships. Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and setup. Maintain updated knowledge of design trends, materials, and modular furniture products. Follow up with clients for feedback and post-sale support to ensure satisfaction. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong customer orientation and sales-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in modular furniture systems is highly preferred.
