System Administrator

Job Overview:

• Excellent understanding of the technical fundamentals of internet.


• Solid background knowledge of internet protocols such as SSH, FTP, SFTP & HTTP, as well as the ability to use diagnostic tools such as traceroute, ping, and dig.


• Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.


• Excellent Windows, Mac, and Linux troubleshooting ability.


• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.


• Hands-on experience with Installation/Troubleshooting of Server-client issues, etc.,


• Experience in Manage Firewall, Network, Switches, Office 365, etc.

Skills Required:

• Good technical knowledge on Windows/Linux on any platform.


• Confident and good communication skills.


• The ability to be a good listener who can thoroughly understand customers problem or questions and help them solve it.


• Excellent writing skills.


• CCNA/MCSE/RHCE would be an added advantage.
