Job Description: As an IT Executive Warehouse at Ethics Group in Bilaspur (Haryana), your role will involve managing and maintaining IT systems, devices, and software to ensure smooth warehouse operations. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT hardware & software in the warehouse. Additionally, you will manage warehouse management systems (WMS) to guarantee data accuracy, support barcode scanners, printers, and networking devices, coordinate with vendors for IT support and maintenance, and ensure data backup, security, and smooth IT operations. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware & software in the warehouse. - Manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure data accuracy. - Support barcode scanners, printers, and networking devices. - Coordinate with vendors for IT support and maintenance. - Ensure data backup, security, and smooth IT operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or related field. - Fresher or 4 years of IT support experience, preferably in a warehouse environment. - Hands-on experience with WMS, barcode scanners, and networking.
