Position: System Administrator – Automation & IT Systems
Location: Noida – In-office only
Salary: ₹15,000/month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday 10-7PM

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive System Administrator with a strong grasp of hardware, operating systems, and modern automation tools. This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize IT infrastructure, including hardware and OS.
• Manage and support MS365 and Google Workspace environments.
• Configure and administer Linux systems, Windows Server, and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain RMM tools.
• Install, configure, and manage 3CX and VoIP telephony systems.
• Implement and manage automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, and similar platforms.
• Assist in email marketing campaigns from a technical standpoint (deliverability, list management, automation).
• Research and integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance workflows and productivity.
• Provide timely support and clear communication in fluent English.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT systems administration (hardware & OS troubleshooting).
• Hands-on experience with MS365 and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration (including Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with 3CX and VoIP solutions.
• Familiarity with RMM tools.
• Experience in automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or similar.
• Good understanding of email marketing tools and best practices.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Interest in AI technologies and process automation.
