System Administrator

As a System Admin at DXFactor, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of servers, workstations, and network systems. You will support end-users with hardware, software, and network issues and manage user accounts, permissions, and access control via Azure Active Directory and similar platforms. Your role will involve installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and software on client and server machines. Additionally, you will monitor system performance and logs to identify potential issues and resolve them proactively. You will help maintain backup routines, antivirus updates, and patch management, participate in hardware inventory management and procurement processes, and document procedures, solutions, and configurations for knowledge base purposes. Providing on-call support as needed under supervision is also part of your responsibilities.
