About the Role

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our Data & Digital Platform

team at Reliance RCP, Navi Mumbai. This role covers IT infrastructure management, NVIDIA

Omniverse administration, and AIM platform operations. The candidate will manage servers,

automate deployments, coordinate with application and database teams, and ensure secure,

reliable, and scalable operation of enterprise digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & System Administration

• Perform Windows patching, system updates, and security hardening.

• Manage VPN user access and ensure secure remote connectivity.

• Oversee SSL certificate management and compliance with IT security standards.

• Coordinate with central IT teams for provisioning, firewall, and network configurations.

• Deploy and manage websites, portals, and enterprise applications.

• Administer and support Linux/Windows servers, storage, and networking

infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive

measures.

AIM & Omniverse Platform Administration

• Manage and maintain AIM servers (installation, upgrades, performance monitoring,

troubleshooting).

• Coordinate with database teams for schema creation, updates, and integrations.

• Set up and administer NVIDIA Omniverse servers, including Nucleus configuration.

• Manage Omniverse user access, authentication, and report deployments.

• Ensure seamless integration between AIM, Omniverse, and enterprise IT systems.

Infrastructure Automation & Platform Operations

• Provision, configure, and manage servers, storage, and compute resources across

hybrid environments (cloud & on-premises).

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery of applications

and platforms.

• Collaborate with application, database, and infrastructure teams to ensure deployment

readiness.

• Support infrastructure provisioning for new projects, applications, and services.

• Automate build, deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes to improve

efficiency.

• Establish and enforce best practices around security, reliability, and high availability.

• Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis across platforms and

systems.

• Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to

enhance operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Experience: 4-6 years in System Administration and Infrastructure Management

roles.

• Hands-on experience with AIM server management and database team coordination.

• Proficiency in NVIDIA Omniverse administration (Nucleus setup, user management,

deployments).

• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).

• Solid background in infrastructure setup, provisioning, and automation.

• Knowledge of containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.

• Strong understanding of networking, VPN access, and SSL security management.
