2. Perform Server and system hardening, tuning, performance monitoring and troubleshooting. 3. Handling tickets raised by users.
4. Handling Alerts raised by alert monitoring system from Servers.
5. Server patching and Analysis
6. Candidate should be ready to work in shift timings as per business requirement.
1. Good Exposure in handling Windows, Linux based servers.
2. Knowledge on hypervisor like VMWARE, Hyper-V etc.
3. Knowledge on Backup and Recovery like Azure Backup, Veeam, EMC networker etc.
4. Experience in handling Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP etc.
5. Knowledge on Windows desktop, laptop, servers, and peripherals.
6. Proven client interaction skills with Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
7. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills, Customer-oriented attitude 8. Ability to work in different shift timings
