You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining network systems, firewalls, servers, and implementing robust security measures to safeguard company assets. Responsibilities : Network Administration: Design, configure, and maintain secure network infrastructures. Firewall Management: Manage firewall policies, updates, and monitor for vulnerabilities. Server Administration: Configure, monitor, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux). Security Management: Implement and enforce security measures to protect against cyber threats, including managing VPNs, IDS/IPS systems, and endpoint security. Conduct regular system and security audits to ensure compliance and detect vulnerabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and security issues. Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity procedures. Stay updated on emerging technologies in network, server, and security management. Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in network, firewall, security, and server administration. Strong knowledge of server management (Windows/Linux), firewall technologies, VPNs, IDS/IPS systems. Experience with server virtualization, backup technologies, and disaster recovery planning. Familiarity with security protocols, risk management, and compliance frameworks Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP, MCSA) are a plus Key Skills Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Job Location, Work Timings and Work Model : Bangalore Full time 7.30 am to 4.30 pm IST
