System Administrator

We are a growing software development firm seeking a Junior System Administrator to support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, eager to learn, and able to work independently. This is an on-site role based in Mandaveli, with a midday shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems
• Provide technical support to development teams
• Perform system updates, backups, and ensure network security
• Maintain smooth operations of development and testing environments

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in system administration
• Strong knowledge of OS (Windows), networking, and basic server management
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, and quick to learn new technologies
• Willingness to work the 12 PM – 9 PM shift from the Mandaveli office
