System Admin

As a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator, your role will involve providing prompt and effective technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. You will troubleshoot and resolve software, system, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution. Your responsibilities will also include installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows server operating systems and network devices such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and oversee cloud environments, including Azure and AWS - Provide technical support for end-users with a focus on cloud-based applications and services in Azure and AWS - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, cloud networking, and cloud-hosted applications - Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage solutions, and compute resources - Manage hybrid environments by integrating on-premises systems with cloud platforms - Configure and oversee cloud-based identity and access management, managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and access policies - Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud networking components such as VPNs, load balancers, and hybrid connectivity - Implement and manage robust cloud security measures, conduct regular security audits, and vulnerability assessments - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architecture, deployments, operational procedures, and compliance standards - Collaborate with DevOps, security, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud services - Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls - Monitor and manage network performance, including LAN, WAN, and VPN - Ensure system and data security by implementing and managing security measures, conducting security audits, and monitoring for security breaches - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and IT policies - Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Diploma in Computer Science or related field - At least 3 years of proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role - Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, macOS, Linux, and network management - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to work in shifts and availability outside of working hours Please note that the job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and paid sick time.
