System Admin/ Hardware Networking Administrator

As a Hardware Networking Engineer at Sourcedesk Global Private Limited, you will be responsible for providing in-house assistance to employees by diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware related problems. Your role will involve a range of technical tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, your technical skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot various hardware and software application problems. You will also be involved in the monitoring and administration of IT infrastructure including laptops, desktops, printers, and the installation and configuration of Windows Operating System. Additionally, experience in setting up LAN/WAN, basic knowledge of web servers, control panels, and file sharing servers will be beneficial for this role. Your key responsibilities will include computer assembling and maintenance, maintenance of IT network security, installation and troubleshooting of printers and scanners, file and database transfer server to server, as well as handling documentation and Excel-related admin tasks. You will also be involved in technical support communication with external hosting, domain, and email agencies.
