Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and execute multi-step organic synthesis for APIs and intermediates.
Conduct literature search and understand reaction mechanisms.
Perform reactions, monitor progress by TLC, HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NMR (as applicable).
Optimize reaction conditions and scale-up processes.
Maintain proper records, documentation, and lab notebooks as per GMP guidelines.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance in the R&D lab.
Assist in technology transfer to the production plant.
Collaborate with analytical, QC, and production teams for smooth workflow.
