Job Description

Description We are seeking a skilled Synthesis Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in synthetic chemistry and be responsible for designing and optimizing synthesis processes to support our product development initiatives. Responsibilities Design and optimize synthesis processes for new chemical compounds. Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve yield and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate synthesis with product development. Document and present findings to stakeholders and contribute to technical reports. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during synthesis operations. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in synthetic chemistry or related industry. Strong understanding of organic synthesis and analytical techniques such as NMR, HPLC, and GC. Proficiency in laboratory techniques and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
