Description We are seeking a skilled Synthesis Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. Responsibilities Design and optimize synthesis processes for new chemical compounds. Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve yield and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during synthesis operations. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in synthetic chemistry or related industry. Strong understanding of organic synthesis and analytical techniques such as NMR, HPLC, and GC. Proficiency in laboratory techniques and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
